Antonino has over eight years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, and private equity in leading financial boutiques, consulting firms, investment funds and industrial groups.

He is also a transfer pricing consultant and a chartered public accountant. Antonino got a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from LIUC, Carlo Cattaneo University in Italy, a master’s degree in Advanced Corporate Finance from Burgundy Business School in France and recently completed a post experience master's in Finance from London Business School in London.

Carla has over six years of local and international experience in sales & marketing and business development, leading complex internationalization, growth and expansion projects for leading industrial groups and private SMEs. Carla graduated in Media, Communication and Advertising from the IULM University in Milan with an exchange program at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in São Paulo, Brasil, and recently completed a post experience master’s in Marketing Communication from Westminster Business School in London.
